Putting myself first was something I had never done before starting personal training with John at FOP. Initially I wanted to lose some baby weight and gain core strength, however through the insightful and professional personalised training approach I have not only achieved all my fitness goals (and set more of them) but also transformed my entire approach to life. John’s methods of physical training and mental enquiry to challenge, build trust and develop resilience in oneself are 100% effective. As a result of doing PT with FOP I entered my 40s as the strongest, happiest, most disciplined and fittest version of myself. I have known John since October 2006, the month of which I decided to make a significant change in my life. I train with John once a week, I find him to be the most motivating, non-sympathetic, extremely caring person, for that I thank him. I have lost – not sure in kilos as I am not allowed to weigh myself, however I have dropped from a size 16 to now a comfortable 12. My life has changed dramatically not only physically but also mentally – I owe it to John for believing in me when I didn’t.
